No — most clients provide a key or access code. All our cleaners are background-checked and fully insured, so you can leave with confidence.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes, we bring everything — professional-grade cleaning products, mops, vacuums, and microfibre cloths. Just let us know if you have pets or surface sensitivities.
How long does a typical clean take?
A standard clean for a 2-bedroom apartment takes around 2–3 hours. Deep cleans take 3–5 hours. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.
Are your cleaners vetted and insured?
Every cleaner goes through a thorough background check and in-person training before their first job. We're fully insured — if anything is damaged, it's covered.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We offer a 24-hour re-clean guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to fix it at no extra charge.
Do regular bookings get a discount?
Yes. Weekly saves 15%, bi-weekly 10%, monthly 5%. Discounts apply automatically — just select your frequency when requesting a quote.
